I am getting a "Internal error occurred" message when I try to drag and drop type question on Abobe Presenter 11.

Request you to please provide more details and exact step at which this issue occurs. Does it occur within a specific project or any project you create?

Also please provide below details:

• Operating System used
• Power Point version along with the architecture type (32-bit/64-bit)

It will be easier to troubleshoot if you could package your presentation and share with me using drop box (zhussain@adobe.com)
