I am unable to install the Neo Content after download.

I am using a Windows 64-Bit computer. I have downloaded the zip file but my computer will not extract the files.

Is your Captivate 64 bit or 32 bit, because it is installed under Captivate directory based upon whether the Captivate's installer was 64 bit/32 bit

Can you redownload the file and then try to extract again?
