I am using text scroll widget.

I can type all my text but in the "preview from this slide" and in the" preview in browser" the scroll function is fixed as long as the slide is running. It only starts when the slide is on pause but than it jumps to the next slide.

Any idea how to handle this?

    Please, Maarten (Duch/Flemish?), can you explain more? I don't understand your question. I suppose you are talking about the Scrolling learning interaction (in which version?). Did you test with Preview in Browser instead of 'Preview from this slide'? Learning interactions typically do not pause the slide since version 7 (with exception of some game interactions). You'll have to provide a pause using an interactive object. I blogged about this interaction in a recent post (Captivate 8): Custom Short Answer Question - Captivate blog

    Yes: Dutch.....(in France)

    In captivate 8 I use the widget: scrolling text.

    I can type all my text in the widget.

    But when I use preview, from this slide or in browser, the vertical

    scrolling bar (which is essential) does not move. It is fixed. So you

    cannot read alle the text.

    Any idea how to solve this?

    Antwoord zat al 'verborgen' in mijn eerste post: gebruik een van beide Preview in Browser, als je met een gewoon project werkt, of Preview in HTML browser als je met een responsive project werkt. De meeste learning interactions zijn pas echt functioneel in die preview en na publicatie.
