I can't access the Elearning community assets?

I am trying to learn Adobe Captivate 2017. When I try to access the assets for the training modules linked in the tutorials I sent to the login screen. I enter my Adobe ID and password, I select login and then nothing happens. Either the page does not load, I receive a 414 error or page simply reloads at login screen with my password and ID in place.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a possible fix? I have tried different browsers, incognitio mode, Mac and Windows and using my Google ID. I have been using the trial mode. Do I need to purchase Captivate?
