    What do you want to create? A non-responsive project? You have to take into account which monitors, browsers and LMS will be used by our audience... Why do you want an extreme high resolution? Moreover it will lead to much larger file sizes which can cause issues as well. Please, give some more details.

    Rescaling will lead to blurriness.

    Aspect ratios are usually expressed with two numbers like 16:9 or 4:3. Do you mean resolution? What type of project are you creating? Responsive Design, Blank Project. Also, how are you attempting to change your project size?
