I am learning Captivate 2017, I have made a nice little demo and topped it off with a quiz. I am stumped now as to how I would get the quiz results, and a contact form emailed to myself.
Emailing results has never been well-supported. It's complicated. Every company has their own email setup, so wherever you distribute the piece, it would have to be configured with that company's email settings. You could just do a 'mailto:' email link, which just opens a mail window (assuming the user has a mail program installed on their computer)...but it's just an open email. Users can edit the content and have to actually click 'send'.

You don't have to use the widget - you could do this yourself if you have, or have access to, javascript expertise.
