I can't get my movie to jump to a URL when completed. Why?

This is what I do and then save. I publish and sample but no matter how often or how many ways I try it is not working, why? What am I doing wrong?

Open URL Or File

Opens the specified website in a web browser after the movie stops playing.

To load a URL, type the full path to a website (for example, http://www.website.com). Click the inverted arrow icon next to the URL box to select the window in which to display the URL, then choose Current, New, Parent, or Top.

    If you're testing this from your own hard drive then the issue will be that you have not configured Flash Global Security to trust the publish folder location:
    |http://www.infosemantics.com.au/adobe-captivate-troubleshooting/how-to-set-up-flash-global-security

    Do that, or else upload your published content to a web server and test from there.
