I can't install Adobe Captivate Voices 2019

I have installed Adobe Captivate 2019 on my notebook. I went to install Adobe Captivate Voices 2019 (Win64), but I was unsuccessful because the Adobe installer claims that my operating system or browser is out dated. However I use Win 10, version 21H2 and my Internet Explorer is also in the latest version. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

    If you are using Internet Explorer. which has been retired sicne June 15 2022 thne that may be the reason. Try Chrome or Edge and see if it works then.

    I am having the same problem. We had to do a new install to a new laptop, but the voices never got transferred. Now my download file to the voices does not respond. Please see below:

    I don't know where to find a new downloader link. Please advise.
