I can't preview/publish in Assessment & Training

I can't preview/publish in Assessment & Training. However, I can publish and preview in Demo. When I try previewing and publishing, the previewing dialog box only goes part way and quits. The publish button doesn't do anything.

Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    Welcome on the forum. It helps if you mention the version of CP you are using. And could you explain the workflow you've followed? Some questions as an example: does this happen with all files created in training/assessment mode, did you create them together with demo mode or separately, did you use Automatic or Manual for capturing (ask this because in Full Motion recording you have a pure video), how big are the files, how did you (try to) preview etc. Would like to help, but your question is not very clear to have some indication for possible answers.

    I just started having the same problem.

    Captivate 4

    AC3

    25 Random Quizes

    9 Question Pools

    59 questions total

    Windows 7 64 Bit

    I can preview with in captivate but preview in browser does not work nor does publishing.

    I never had this problem until recentely. I am starting to suspect that the recent flash player upgrade is the culprit.

    Come on Adobe Release the elearning suite 2 already its be announced for a month... hopefully all of these bugs are gone in Captivate 5.

    Flash Player was not causing it. Opened the same Captivate file up on my laptop that has the older player and it has the same issue. Can not publish the quiz.
