I can't see the cc text.

I can't see the cc text when I publish. I only see a white box where the text should be.

    It is not set to display automatically. If you use a playbar, be sure the CC button is included. That is a toggle button that will show/hide CC.

    If you want to show CC by default, you can use the system variable cpCmndCC. Use the On Enter event of the first slide, and create this action (you can use a simple action with the Properties panel, Actions part)

      Assign cpCmndCC with 1

    If the bandwidth is limited for users that take the published course, it is a better practice to insert a very short first slide (0.1sec) and put this On Enter action on the second slide which is your present first slide. That way you'll be certain that the action is launched.

    CC button is included and when pressing the toggle button to show, it still is not visible.

    Have you added audio to the slides and added text to the Slide Notes area, defined that text as CC text, and then synchronized the CC text lines with the audio?

    If not, that might be why you're not seeing any text in the CC area.
