I cannot preview my project

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Captivate and Instructional design. In my first project (which is a responsive project) every time I try to preview the project, I get this error. Is it something to do with my settings?

    Did you install Captivate on your system, not on a networked or external drive? Do the paths in Preferences, General settings point to folders on your system as well?

    Which version are you using? Which Preview method did you try?

    Thanks for the reply! I am using Captivate 2019 on my own Surface laptop. The folders look fine and I can see where they are created. Could it be that it is a responsive project? Or is it the version I am using?

    The most recent version is 11.0.1.266.

    Which Preview method did you try, please?
