I Cannot preview my project in captivate 9, I am using windows 10. Please help

I recently upgraded my trial version to the full version but none of the projects I am working on previews. I always get a 404 error message. Why can't I preview my projects in Captivate 9? Please help

Can you specify which type of Preview is not working? Are you talking about a Blank, normal project or a Responsive project? Which browser are you using: Edge? It has some issues with Captivate preview, can you try to install another browser (Chrome) and see if you can reproduce the problems?
