i cannot publish my presentation

User created a Power Point presentation. When she selects publish to My Computer, a dialog box quickly appears, then disappears. The published document is not saved.

Why is the document not published?

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

Which version of Adobe Presenter you are using ?

Which version of PowerPoint ?

Has it ever worked for you? Were you able to publish the content earlier?

I would suggest you to please run the PowerPoint with admin rights by right clicking on PowerPoint.exe and choose run as administrator. If that doesn't work then please create a new user account with admin rights and try to publish your presentation there.
