I created a new project and I am not able to preview it from the first slide or from the entire project, i tried publishing it and il will not open at all?

I created a new project and I am not able to preview it from the first slide or from the entire project.

I also tired publish it and it will not open at all.

Please give some more details. Which version are you using? Are you on Mac or Win? Is this a normal or a responsive project? What type of project? Do you run Captivate as Administrator,

Hello

responsive project using captive 2017, on a mac , it will only display starting at the 3rd slide. I tried everything form craeting anew project to deleting the first to slide and rebuilding them. Nothing is working. Restarted the computer many times also
