Question

I created the questions, but need to make them random!

Hi all, I've created a few short quizzes for courses in Adobe Captivate, in the past, but now need to create a random quiz.

I've already created the 25 multiple choice quiz questions (in Captivate), but looking at the Captivate tutorials, it seems that I should have created a Question Pool first!  Is there anyway to do this retrospectively? I'd like to take these 25 questions and have them in random pools of 10 questions, but am not sure how.

Many thanks

Chris

First step: define the question pool(s) using the Question Pool Manager (under Quiz menu):

Second step: in the file with the quizzes, select the question slides you want to add to a pool in the Filmstrip. Then, as Laurent mentinoed, use the right-click menu to move them to the wanted pool, here is the English version of his screenshot:

If you have more questions in other files to be added to a pool, you can use 'Import Question Pools' (under the Quiz menu and point to the file with the question pool. Beware: this can take some 'reflection' time for Captivate, be patient:

Hello Chris,

You can simply make a right click on your quiz and choose "move the question to..."

After just add 10 random questions to your project

(sorry for the translate, has you see, i'm french ^^)
