I get the error "The Selected resource does not exist" when I try to publish an Adobe Captivate 9 Tutorial to Adobe Connect

I have been trying to publish an Adobe Connect Tutorial for a homework assignment to Adobe Connect.  I keep getting a "Not Found" message and it says "The selected resource does not exist"  I have tried making a new meeting, made sure the meeting is correctly typed, etc.

Any help?
