Question

I get the spinning wheel every time I try to publish my project.

I have a huge project and everything has been going smoothly until I tried to preview it in HTML5 or if I publish it.  Then I just get the spinning wheel when I try to view the output but it never loads.  

I have published it in the past without any difficulty but have done a lot of work since then.  I've mostly just been previewing it inside Captivate because it's so much faster.  

Please help!  I have a deadline and was totally caught off guard by this.  Any help is appreciated!

    Trying to view HTML5 content locally often gets you into problems.

    Try uploading your published content to a web server and see it it works from there.  You may be stressing about something unnecessarily.

    I've tried that as well with the same results.  

    I ended up copying the slides over to a new project and publishing and it works.  Of course, now I need to figure out how to get my captions, etc. reformatted.

    Did you not save the customized theme in the old project? Theme includes

    all styles, also fir text captions.
