I have a Captivate License and Update

Question

I have a Captivate License from March 2021.

I sign in to the Adobe Captivate App.

Then a pop up appears. It says Terms and Conditions Update. Learn more. (no where else to go so I click Learn More.)

The link takes me to the Adobe website and is asking me to download a trial version. I don't need the trial, I have the subscription.

You don't tell if you signed up for a subscription license or bought a perpetual license, which is still possible.

Anyway, install the trial version, while logged in with your Adobe ID. If you have a subscription license your ID will be recognized and the license will be validated. For a perpetual license you got a serial number which you may enter to validate.
