I have a question about video insert in Adobe Captivate 8

When I create courseware by Adobe Captivate 8. I insert video and publish courseware to swf and HTML5. My video play slowly and when I upload courseware to Learning Management System video in courseware play very slow.What should I do about this problem. Thank you so much.

    Your issue sounds like it would be connected to not having enough bandwidth to download your videos quickly.

    How large are your videos?  Can you make them smaller?
