When I publish my Adobe Captivate File, the Audio Files on one of my slides are not playing. Although the play just fine when I used preview. I tried withe different formats such as wav and mp3, but no changes. All other medias in the document such as video files (mp4) are working just fine. The problem is only with the audio files.

@nonsennse I check with your initial file, without any modification:
    all is fine!
    audio is working,

    Hello,
    did you check your timeline?

Maybe, a button with a “pause” “in french “suspendre après” in my screenshot can probably block the launch of your audio file.

The Audio is not part of the timeline. The audio files are opened by an interaction (click on the picture).
