I have Captivate Version 8 but I have Captivate 6 files to edit

I just installed Captivate 8, but I have Captivate 6 files to edit. Specifically, I need to edit the slide text but not the interactions or the slide timings. How do I do this? When I choose to edit the presentation or slide, I lose all of the interactions when I publish my project.

    I don't understand what is happening? If you open the CP6 project in CP8, maybe you'll lose some functionality when saving/upgrading as a CP8 file but I don't see why you should lose all 'interactions' when publishing? What are those interactions?

    It's basically Rollover Captions that I seem to be losing

    In responsive projects you cannot use Rollovers, neither can you when publishing a Normal project to HTML5, you have to publish to SWF. Look in the HTML5 Tracker under Project menu.
