Question

I have Classic 12 and quiz reporting is the only feature I can't access to change to SCORM or put in the LMS code. Help.

Every time I go to Edit, select Preferences, go to Quiz - the screen is grayed out.  I sent it .cps file to a colleague and he was able to access it with no trouble. Why would i have restrictions?  I need to set publishing to SCORM and complete the LMS field.  Currently, the course is going to completed near the beginning of the course.  I have searched for actions, and the quiz exit goes to the next slide.  There are no post test questions.  I just need to complete at the end and go to the LMS.  It does have some slides that are referenced if the learner clicks on a specific state.  Would that be causing completion to happen too early?

    Hello,

    Could you please share a screenshot of the screen where it appears greyed out?

    Also, let us know if this issue is occurring only with this project or if it happens with new projects as well.

    Additionally, please ensure that Edit > Preferences > Quiz > Enable Reporting for this project is checked, as this setting must be enabled to make any edits.

    Hi Shreya.  Thank you for confirming my realization. After much research, I realized the check box would allow me access.  The size and positioning of the screen prevents me from seeing or accessing the top.  I can’t resize the screen to a normal view to click enable reporting. As you note below, this is the top of Preferences. About a ½ inch is cut off. Nor am I able to grab the corner handles to resize.

    In addition, the edit menu item is the only one that pushes the screen up to the top, unless you select Quiz-Preferences from the menu. Otherwise, all of the other screens show as normal.
