I downloaded an Adobe Captivate trial and have purchased a subscrption plan however I tried to install it but it asked for a license key.  I logged into my account and I can't find my license code/key.

What do I need to do to activate and install my captivate subscription license on my Mac with Yosemite?

If I can't get this installed then I would like to cancel my subscription.

    Hi There,

You may try to rename the hosts file to hosts_old. In order to do this, open Finder and in its menu bar click Go > Go to Folder > type the following location and press return -  /private/etc/hosts

    Rename hosts file to hosts_old.

After then you have to update your Adobe Application Manager , Kindly visit the below link and click on Download Now -

Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Macintosh : Adobe Application Manager : Thank You

Save the file. Run .dmg file in order to run the installer and will update Adobe Application Manager.

Launch Captivate 8 and it should not prompt for an serial key as subscription associated with an email address under which it has been purchased and can only be activated by sign in with your adobe id and password.

Adobe Captivate 8 is not tested and certified for Windows Vista.

Please install in on Windows 7 or Windows 8 or Windows 8.1

    Thanks,
