I used to be able to right mouse on a slide that required editing that is in sync in the library.
I use PP 365 and Captivate 19. When I right click and select edit Presentation, I now get a blank grey screen with the linked file name showing in the startus bar. but no view of the presentation?
Any ideas or is it the compatability.
Please mention the full release number. The most recent release of Captivate is 11.8, one of the three main releases under the common name CP2019. I understand that this dual numbering is very confusing for many users.
Personally I am still on version 11.5.5 because 11.8 seems to have more bugs, and I remember seeing a bug mentioned in this forum about 11.8 with PPT import.
