I have keep having to extract and Install Captivate 9

Hi,

I am using windows 10 and am trying a trial version of Captivate 9. Every time I try to launch the application  (from my desktop) it starts extracting files and installing the program all over again, which takes more than 30 minutes each time...help!

When you download the install files for Captivate you first need to unpack (decompress) the files and then execute the installer. 

It sounds like the shortcut you're using is actually a shortcut to the setup.exe file for the Captivate installation files rather than the one you need to use to launch Captivate
