I have problems trying to install svg viewer

I try to install svg viewer, it is program to visualize graphics, but when it is round 90%, the instalation appear continues, it uses memory...but doesn't install, he show installing Readme 3.02.html but not continue.

What can I do?

I finished a lot of times the process, delete the temporal,  download again svgview aplication... But it continues "stopping" in Readme 3.02.html file.
