I'm having issues with CP8 software simulation (demo mode) using a microphone during recording.  After the recording I remove the sound for the keyboard and mouse.  Unfortunately, when I play back the simulation it seems the simulation is getting stuck/making a jumping clicking sound on play back and only certain points of the simulation - seems to be more when the mouse is clicking an object (it is not a smooth playback across the slides).  The audio is displaying at the end of every slide - I'm really puzzled with how to resolve this issue and would appreciate any support?

You mention that after the recording you 'remove the sound for the keyboard and mouse'.  Could you be a little more specific about how you did that?  Perhaps something in your process has upset the smooth playback.  Did you keep a version of the project file from BEFORE you removed the unwanted audio, just to check that WITH the audio still included the issue is resolved?  If not, perhaps you can do a test to check if that's the case.

Hi Rod - I removed the keyboard sound in Publish Settings, Recording Settings and removed tick from Keystrokes.  For the mouse, I clicked on the hand within a slide and then on Properties I removed the tick from 'Mouse Click Sound' and 'Apply to all items of this type'.  I've listened to an old version with these still switched on and there is a smooth playback but the noise (keyboard and mouse) is distracting from the voice providing instructions.  Any ideas on how to resolve this?
