I’m trying to figure out the best way to insert a short video into a captivate video.

I’m trying to figure out the best way to insert a short video into a captivate video.  The video I want to insert is a mp4 video, saved on my hard drive. It looks like it inserted it but now Captivate won’t do the preview. It also won’t preview any of my previous Captivate videos anymore. I am having IT uninstall and reinstall Captivate to get it working again so I can preview videos.

Do you have some advice for the best way to insert a video?

I have Captivate Classic 11.8.4.21
