I'm trying to find the dimensions of a shape box I just made, but I can't find how! Help!

We're trying to load a Premier video and need the dimensions of the shape box we just made...is there any way to find this?

    Is this a Captivate or a Premiere Pro question? If you want to see the size of a shape in Captivate, go to the Options tab in its Properties panel: you'll see the X and Y coordinates and the W and H in pixels.
