Since you use the term 'Captivat Quiz template', I suspect that you are talking about the all new Captivate version 12? If you are on Captivate Classic, please correct my assumption, and tell the full version number which you find under Help, About Captivate.

Version 12 has a limited set of quiz slides, do you have this problem for all of them, or for a specific slide?

Which workflow did you follow to indicate the correct answer? Do you see a correct behavior for the radiobuttons states when using Preview?

Could you please provide more information about your issue?

Which version of Captivate are you using?

Are these radio buttons in a quiz question slide or in a radio button learning interaction (widget)?

Have you tested your SCORM module in another LMS (e.g. SCORM Cloud) to see if the issue may be your LMS rather than the Captivate module?

Can you provide screenshots of the issue?
