I cannot access phone support for this...

I cannot cancel this subscription myself...

The online chat thing won't work either - I cannot click this blue button http://screencast.com/t/n1cmZfCG

So how do I cancel the subscription? Please contact me @AdobeSupport

I had the same problem a few months ago. I got so fed up with attempting to do the online support I tried to call. I got through but the gentleman on the other end said he required my product ID, the name, and address of the purchaser. Since my company bought the software it was nearly impossible to get all that information together. Why do they need all that information simply to support their product? I have no idea. However, I will say that I am disappointed with their customer service all together. Let me know how everything turns out. Good luck!
