I upgraded to Captivate 2019 - not recognizing html for text to speech pauses

I upgraded to Captivate 2019.  I installed the new Adobe voices for 2019, but it's not recognizing the html for the pauses.  Instead, it just reads them "vtml break level 2".  Any suggestions on how to correct this?

    I figured it out.  it said Microsoft as the voice on the top.  I changed it to James & it worked.
