Hi,

I am using Captivate 9.0.2... I published a project to HTML, but have somehow lost or had corrupted the CPTX file.  Is there any way to import the HTML file into Captivate and continue editing of project?

Thank you,

Tracy

Backup files have a double extension cptx.bak. Just delete the seond one (bak) and you'll have a cptx file.

There is no way to create a cptx from a published file, if that is what you mean by 'html'?

Did you check the backup (hope it was enabled in Preferences)?

Yes, that is what I meant, and darn!

I do have backup enabled in Preferences.  I see .bak files for other projects, but not for the one I need.  There is one with an earlier timestamp on the same day, which means it will not contain the edits that were completed and saved.  I don't know how to access the project from a .bak file.  I'm very new to Captivate, so any suggestions appreciated.
