I've ordered the education version of captivate, and supplied documentation via their online help chat, but I haven't got my software yet, and my 30 day trial is about to run out.

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question but the online chat is closed, and I'm running out of time for my project.

Besides I already have the education version of CC.

Why haven't I got my order yet?
