I want my users to control navigation through the tutorial - how do I the slide duration?

Hello,

I am using the trial version of captivate8. I want my users to navigate thru my tutorial using the navigation bar and menu. However I can't see any way of stopping the tutorial from moving along at the set duration times. Is there some setting that I am missing?
