1. **Open AI Narrator**: Go to the 'Project Properties' panel and click 'Enable Avatar' for your project.

2. Select the slide that contains the avatar and corresponding transcripts.

3. Select Generate to convert the transcript to video. The time required to convert a transcript into a video depends on the transcript’s length. Once generation is complete, you can preview the avatar's lip-sync and delivery.

4. Select the play icon to preview the narration video on the slide.

5. Select Done to assign the narration videos to the avatar on the slide.
