I want to show Failed in LMS - says "In Progress" instead

Hi - I've got a Captivate 6 course that is half-working in my LMS (HealthStream). I'm certain that this is a user issue (me) and not HealthStream's problem.

My course should send either a pass or a fail percentage. In scormcloud, when I pass, it sees a pass and when I fail, it sees a fail (but also an incomplete). In the LMS, when I pass, the course is complete as expected. When I fail, it remains in progress. I want to send a complete/fail.

What am I missing? What can I show you to help me solve my problem?

Hi there,

Welcome to Adobe Community.

Try changing the Success Completion Criteria to User Access or just the Slide Views not the Quiz and see what are the results.

I am having the same issue with our LMS (Pathlore LMS), Captivate 6 and AICC (cross origin content).  The status is changed when the student passes the Quiz and closes the course but when they fail it leaves their status as Incomplete.  I have changed various Quiz settings with the same result.
