Captivate 9 is still available as part of the Technical Communications Suite.

I added a link to the product information page, click the link and read as much as you like.

Legend

There is no longer an eLearning suite. Last version was 6. Quite a few

years ago.

I am not sure if you can still buy the suite. Cannot you contact a vendor in your country? All applications in that old suite, with the exception of Captivate, are now only available as subscription license. I am just a user, this is mainly a user forum.
