If I import old captivate files (version 4/5) into captivate 9 I loose all my texts

Hi,

If I import old captivate files (version 4/5) into captivate 9 I loose all my texts and some balloons also.

Strangely this is getting worse, as it did NOT happen two hours ago but now I can not open any old file without loosing my texts

Bug or my mistake?

Ok, I'll try with intermediate versions. But it is a bug anyhow. If I restart my PC the problem is gone.

You should need an intermediate version, to try to upgrade, not over so many versions.

Even then expect to have a lot of editing to do! Personally I would recreate in Captivate 9, using the assets of the old files. In many instances this will take less time than trying to solve all the upgrade issues.
