Image box sizing in new Captivate

I'm a long-time Classic user being frustrated out of my mind by new Captivate. I want to create a graphic of a line across the page, with text above and below the line. As I have seen people say so often here, this takes 5 seconds in Classic...

For the life of me, I can't find any way to resize the graphics box  height to be narrow enough. It seems it can only be resized to the height shown below. Am I missing something obvious or is this the best that can be done?
