Help! I have an imported image that I want to use on some slides but everytime I try to preview my image in web browser or published swf mode my image appears to be grey not my actual image. Any suggestions-

What is the format of the image? Does it show up correctly in the Library of Captivate? Could you insert screenshots?

I guess it comes down to an issue I may have corrupt files. I'm assuming I need to copy and paste my slides into a new file and then re-insert the image. Hope it works. BTW I tried to insert a screenshot- how do I do that?

First refresh the preferences folder as well. You can use the appropriate fle in the folder 'utils' under the install folder of Captivate. You'll lose all customisation however.

Clear the cache as well, then try to copy/paste, but not all slides at once, in case there is a corrupt object you'll be able to find it that way.
