Image of multiple choice questionnaire not showing (problem solved)

Hello

I am using Adobe Captivate 9 to make a multiple choice questionnaire but the image is not showing on the software and when I publish it does'nt show either (I tried Firefox, Chrome, and M.S. Edge).
