Import PPT into Software simulation

I've recorded a software simulation and have a short PPT deck I want to import into the begining and end of the simulation as intro/outro items. The PPT deck has transitions/morphing/sound within the presentation and when I record it in Captivate as a seperate item all the slides transition/work as designed. When I import the recording into the software simulation I lose all the transition/morphing attributes of the presentation.

Is there a way to get this to work properly?
