Important Text from button jumps!!!!!

Hello,

I have a big problem that text from buttons jumps when I go with cursor over the button. I import a Word Document with a english translation before. The format from the Text in the word file is the same as before.

The Captivate modul has over 90 sides.

The problem is the Object state from the buttons. When I erase the roll over and the down function it is ok. Is it possible to erase this function for all buttons in the project?

How is the style set up for the Rollover and Down state? Why do I not see the label in that button, it should be visible as 'Button'?

I largely prefer shape buttons myself, you can have exactly the same look as with a transparent button (which is an old type).

You helped me discover a new reason why it is better to use shape buttons. I just created a shape button looking exactly like the Transparent button in my Theme. Then i deleted the Rollover and Down states in the Object State panel. The overridden symbol + appeared next to the style. I saved this setup as a new object style (with another name of course). It is possible to apply that object style to other shape buttons! That work flow is not working for transparent buttons.

I forgott, I use the Import/Export function to Word.

I use Captivate 2017 Release 10.0.0.192

I use a normal Button from the top menu:

The shape buttons are on the normal slides

In the Objekt state are the same names from the button.

No shape buttons but Transparent buttons. Even those have Built-in States. Could you please post a screenshot of the Object State panel for such a button.

Just a tip: before importing a translated Word document, I will check the options Autosize Buttons and Autosize Captions. Sorry I have no German version. But I didn't use translating yet in CP2017, not sure this will transfer to the other InBuilt states for buttons:

Which version are you using, please full version number? Are those shape buttons? Did you check the InBuilt states in the Object State panel? Are the shape buttons on normal slides or on the master slide?

You did use the Export/Import to Word for translation, correct? You have to check those states after importing.
