Imported FV4 Video Playing Back in Captivate 8 Without Audio

I compressed a video into the FV4 video format and when I play it back in Captivate 8 the video plays but there is no audio. I've gone over all of my settings in Adobe Media Encoder for the video compression and audio has been chosen. I also went over the publishing settings in Captivate 8 and audio is being included. Anyone have any suggestions?

Actually this seems to be an Adobe Media Encoder issue. I just compressed the file as a FLV and was able to playback outside of Captivate. There was no audio in it.
