Imported rollover images lose quality

Hi Community,

AC 11.5.1.499

I notice that when inserting images as rollover images, they lose quality. If I insert the same image, but insert it as a image as opposed to a rollover, they retain their quality.

Is there a setting somewhere where I can specify to maintain the same image quality as the orginal when I insert a rollover image?
