Imported SVG corrupted

I use Illustrator CC to create an image. Save is as an SVG. Looks good on illustrator but when I import it into Captivate 9 the image is corrupted. The last one was a logo basically a triangle as you see below. When I imported it into captivate part of the triangle was missing and there was a small version of the logo in the upper right corner of the image????? Tried again so I could get a snipping of the corrupted image but this time it worked OK. 

Can anyone help?

    What were the settings when saving with Illustrator?

    These are my settings, if my memory is correct the change to the CSS properties is important. I also convert text to outlines, but you didn't have text:
