imported video not playing after publish

I have inserted multiple video formats including mp4, flv, and wmv. All play in the preview slide show in PPT. None play after publishing using Presenter.

Note: I am awaiting for IT to install Quicktime on my computer as Presenter requests Quicktime to import a video. I am using the PPT import video feature. Tomorrow I will try using Presenter import video once I get QT installed.

At the moment all 3 formats play in preview but not after publish.

Note: Quicktime install resolved the issue.

After installing Quicktime on my PC, I am able to import .flv videos into PPT. They play in PPT preview but do not play upon publish. Only the audio plays.
