Imported videos only pauses for a few minutes then continues automatically

Hi,

We are having an issue where imported videos into Captivate that are paused (using the inbuilt video toolbar) then just continue on automatically after a few minutes.

There doesn't seem to be any setting that adjust this. Is this built in behaviour or can it be paused for as long as the user wants it paused, rather than just starting again by itself?

Are these Event Videos or Slide Synchronised Videos?

If this is Slide Synch video then what method are you using to pause the timeline. A Captivate slide timeline normally runs unless something (e.g. a button or other interactive object) pauses it. Just inserting a video on the slide doesn't automatically pause the timeline. So if you wanted the timeline paused, how are you doing that at the moment?
