How do I import a Captivate file? I see I can import a PPT, audio, videos, images, etc. However, I can't find a way to import other Captivate slides. I'm using Captivate 2017. Thanks for your help.

Hello sharl'tonyaw! You may consider this tutorial here in Adobe. I've found some outlines here in this path.

Ope, the srouce file and the 'receiving' file in Captivate, which has a Multi Display Interface: they will appear in two tabs within the application. Select the slides you want to insert in the Filmstrip of the source file, use Copy, go to the receiving file, in the filmstrip at the correct location and use Paste. The slides will be inserted. Be careful: both files need to have the same resolution (size), same type (normal or responsive) and use the same theme.

Thanks Lilybiri. I was actually looking for a way to import the file rather than copy/paste. Unfortunately, sometimes when I copy/paste, it changes the elements on the page, i.e. colors, sizes, etc. I'm sure it has something to do with the template and default settings between the two slides. But no worries. I will just manage with the copy/paste.

You have to be sure to use the same THEME!  Even if you were able to import slides, this would have the same result if you used a new project with another resolution or another theme. The problem is that most CP-users are not even aware of the importance of the thems although they are present since Captivate 6. One of the big stumbling blocks, and almost never mentioned in any tutorial for newbies. The few books I had a look at either lack theme information or give wrong information.
